Relationship Health Checks and Queries
If you and your current long term partner would like a health check on your relationship we shall need your e-mail details so thast we can send you the relevant questionnaires.
We need separate e-mail addresses for both partners plus your first and last names
When you receive the e-mails please fill in the questionnaires as per the instructions and return them to us by e-mail. Please do this separately and do not discuss your responses with each other until they have been sent to us.
We will send a report after we have had time to process the answers. Please feel free to send comments back or queries if you wish for any more information.
We make a small charge of $10 for a health check .We will send an e-mail asking you to pay this via paypal on receipt of your request for the questionnaires. This charge covers the check, results and one further e-mail answering any queries you may have after reading the results.
The questionnaires take about 15 minutes to complete and many people find they do throw a new light on what they feel about their relationship after completing them.
